Hair Cycling Routine For Beautiful Hair

Updated: Aug 17

Are you familiar with the concept of hair cycling?

There is a notion of "cycling" various hair products to adapt to the evolving needs of your hair, and I fully support it!

By cycling, I mean alternating between different hair care products to prevent product buildup on your hair.

Have you ever observed the difference in how your hair feels when you switch to a new shampoo and conditioner? Alternatively, have you noticed that after using the same brand for a while, your hair may feel less voluminous or weighed down? Experiment with various brands and products until you discover the ones that suit you best, and incorporate your favorites into your hair care routine rotation.

Hair Cycling Routine:

  • Alternate between using amika: products and Hairstory

  • Indulge in treatments such as overnight scalp oil or deep conditioning

  • Opt for a clarifying shampoo for deep cleansing

  • Currently enjoying Colorproof clarifying shampoo

  • Clarify and deep condition hair at least once a month

  • Switch up regular hair products after finishing one

Are you persuaded to start your hair product cycling routine? If not, I can offer you a virtual cookie as a bribe!
