Cancellations

 

Estella Jane Style DBA EJS Beauty; has a 24-hour cancellation policy.

If an appointment is missed, cancelled, or changed without 24 hours’ notice, a fee will be charged at a rate of 50% of the missed appointment cost, to be rescheduled.

Please email me here to cancel or reschedule at Contactestellajane@gmail.com  or download the app and make your changes from there directly.

I understand that there can be unforeseen circumstances that may arise. While I am truly sympathetic to emergency situations, as an independent hair stylist and makeup artist I cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last-minute cancellations.

 

Gift Card

Gift cards are non-refundable and will only be redeemable for services after purchase.

Gift cards will expire after 2 years.

Deposits

​

Deposits may be required to hold an appointment for new guests. Deposits are non-refundable. 

Larger deposits from guests that repeatedly miss or change appointments may be required.
